Dine ansvarsområder
Som Senior SEO Specialist hos IIH Nordic vil du indtage en nøgleposition i vores veletablerede og højt specialiserede SEO-afdeling. Du vil få ansvaret for nogle af vores mest komplekse og strategisk vigtige kunder og projekter. Dine primære opgaver vil omfatte:

  1. Ledelse af store, tværfaglige SEO-projekter med fokus på at maksimere kundernes digitale potentiale.
  2. Udvikling og implementering af avancerede SEO-strategier i tæt samarbejde med vores kunder.
  3. Dybtgående analyser, herunder tekniske SEO-analyser, keyword research, og datadrevet content-optimering.
  4. Strategisk rådgivning og coaching af både kunder og interne teams for at sikre kontinuerlige resultater.
  5. Udvikling og eksekvering af komplekse linkbuilding-strategier med fokus på kvalitet og langtidsholdbare resultater.
  6. Løbende præsentation af resultater, samt tilpasning af strategier baseret på kundens feedback og markedets udvikling.

Din profil
Vi forestiller os, at du har:

  1. Minimum 5 års erfaring inden for specialiseret SEO-arbejde, gerne fra bureau.
  2. Dokumenteret erfaring med at lede store SEO-projekter og samarbejde med strategisk vigtige kunder.
  3. En dyb forståelse for digital marketing, samt evnen til at integrere SEO med øvrige marketingkanaler.
  4. Stærke analytiske evner og en datadrevet tilgang til problemløsning.
  5. Evnen til at skabe og vedligeholde gode samarbejdsrelationer på tværs af organisatoriske niveauer.
  6. En proaktiv tilgang til læring og udvikling af både dine egne og teamets kompetencer.

Du er passioneret omkring at skabe resultater, der rækker ud over det sædvanlige, og du sætter en ære i at levere en helhedsorienteret SEO-indsats, der skaber varig værdi for vores kunder. Du er en naturlig leder og mentor, der brænder for at udvikle både dine kolleger og kunder.
