  • Liaise with key partners across AP, Finance and Vendor Management to ensure that the P2P processes are as efficient as possible based on our data analysis and root cause analysis of our data. Minor supervision will be provided initially to ensure you can learn and grow, but expectations will be that you can drive this on behalf of the function.
  • Through our data be an enabler to our function in providing focus on a systematic, disciplined approach to managing transactions associated with vendor spend, supporting the long-term goal of the business and functions supported by indirect Supply Chain.
  • Engaging with and supporting our key stakeholders ensuring the procurement agenda is understood and part of how we collectively work.
  • Recognising the importance of operating to a compliance agenda towards our stakeholders and be an ambassador that seeks to drive cost efficiencies, the right tone and behaviours in all aspects of our engagements.
  • With a creative spirit, you will be accountable for the upkeep and maintenance of all our customer-facing tools, insights and portal.

We are looking for

  • A candidate who is data hungry with a keen interest in uncovering its power and be an enabler to ensure that our data is consumable, understood and presented in such a manner that it helps drive decision making.
  • Presentation layer is key along with being the driver behind our customer-facing portal to make and create our one-stop shop for everything iSC.
  • A candidate who has relative keenness to develop in-depth knowledge and experience of the procurement discipline. Handles most situations independently, receives minimal guidance after a period, but will seek advice and guidance on more complex issues. Applies subject matter knowledge to solve common business issues.
  • Operates within practices and procedures covered by precedents or well-defined policies, escalating all non-routine problems.
  • Grows an understanding of the overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between procurement and other functions. Presents results of own work outside of team on occasion but is mainly internally oriented.
  • You must thrive in a fast-paced, fast-changing and dynamic environment and be a true team player with strong analytical abilities and exceptional communication skills both visual and written.
  • The ideal candidate would have a degree combined with a few years of relevant corporate experience supported by a willingness to develop.

Furthermore you

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
  • Have a keen interest in structured orientated delivery experience in a project-based environment in combination with a daily operation and able to deliver strong results and be solution oriented.
