Human Resources Management afdelingen har i dag to HR-specialister, en med fokus på rekruttering, en med fokus på evaluering og effektivitet, en HR-generalist og en Human Resources-løn og benefit, totalt et team på 4. Forventes at vokse til 6 medarbejdere plus Human Resources Manageren. Stillingen rapporterer direkte til virksomhedens direktør.

Ansvar og arbejdsopgaver

  • Virksomhedsstil: Løbende sætte fokus på virksomhedskultur samt opgaveløsning og effektivitet.
  • Rekruttering og ansættelse: Udarbejde jobbeskrivelser, gennemføre interviews og administrere onboarding-processen.
  • IT-baserede Human Resources systemer: Udvælge og implementere et nyt administrativt system og rekrutteringsystem.
  • Medarbejderudvikling: Planlægge og koordinere træningsprogrammer og udviklingsinitiativer.
  • Konfliktløsning: Intervenere i konfliktsituationer og facilitere løsninger.
  • Administration af medarbejderfordele: Administrere sundhedsforsikringsplaner og håndtere medarbejderforespørgsler.
  • Lønpolitik og kompensation: Deltage i fastsættelse af lønpolitikker og sikre en konkurrencedygtig lønstruktur.
  • Overholdelse af love og reguleringer: Sikre overholdelse af gældende beskæftigelseslove.
  • Personaleadministration: Vedligeholdelse af personaleoptegnelser og opdatering af medarbejderhåndbog.
  • Arbejdsmiljø og kultur: Skabe og opretholde en positiv arbejdskultur.
  • Fratrædelses- og afskedigelsesprocedurer: Administrere fratrædelsesprocessen og sikre uddannelse til ledere.
  • Rådgivning: Tilbyde rådgivning til medarbejdere og ledelse om HR-relaterede spørgsmål.

Krav til stillingen

  • En kandidatuddannelse i Human Resources management eller tilsvarende.
  • Mindst 15 års erfaring fra ledelse af et Human Resources team.
  • Omfattende viden om dansk ansættelseslovgivning og regler fra EU.
  • Taler, forstår og skriver Dansk og Engelsk på højt niveau.
  • Krav om ren straffeattest og accept af fortrolighedsaftaler.

Der tilbydes

  • Stillingen er placeret i København.
  • Der stilles bil til rådighed, optil DKK 400.000.
  • Den officielle arbejdstid er en 37-timers uge.
  • Den årlige løn vil blive forhandlet til ca. DKK 1.032.000 årligt, inklusiv pensionsordning.

Stillingen kræver rejser i Europa. Det er et krav, at kandidaten kan godkendes til rejseforsikring. Stillingen kræver også evnen til at rejse internationalt i omkring 10 rejsedage om året.
