For Omnicom Media Group we are looking for a new HR Director to support the continuing development and growth. The position as HR Director includes being a strong and close strategic sparring partner to the management team, among other things employer branding, internal and external education/training, talent development, recruitment, employee engagement, and support/sparring on employer law. The position also includes ongoing sparring with middle managers concerning recruitment and development plans.

Our ambitions are high - and for that reason we need a trust-building, exploratory, and down-to-earth HR Director, who has an overview and the ability to follow up on the execution at the same time, in daily life at a high pace.

The position as HR Director includes having the full responsibility for the entire HR wheel, and therefore it is important that you have experience, plus being calm and the credibility to support our future development and organization.

Overall responsibility

As mentioned, this is a role you yourself can help shape, depending on your interests and qualifications.

Responsibilities and tasks will primarily, but not exhaustively, include:

  1. Business development and sparring with the management team and middle managers
  2. Implementing new international HR platforms (SAP/Greenhouse)
  3. An overall responsibility for the entire HR wheel
  4. Employer branding – retention and attracting talent
  5. Competency development programs, training, and development plans
  6. Initiate HR projects to ensure employer well-being and engagement in OMG
  7. Sparring partner in employment law and ensure that we make well-considered decisions in accordance with legislation (funktionærloven)

About you

Professionally:

  1. Most likely you hold a M.Sc. (in HRM, psychology or similar)
  2. You have min. 3-4 years of experience from a HR strategic and business development role
  3. Preferably you have experience with professional services, a technology-driven organization, or consulting business
  4. You are used to working together with specialists from many different fields
  5. You might already be experienced in implementing new HR platforms
