Danfoss Drives er markedsledende inden for udvikling og produktion af avancerede frekvensomformere og en af de største elektronikproducenter i Danmark. Vi producerer kundetilpassede frekvensomformere i et make-to-order-setup med meget kort leveringstid. Vores produktion er kendetegnet ved en høj automatiseringsgrad og fejlsikring i alle processer.

Job Responsibilities
Sikring af kvalitet og compliance i vores produktionsområder

I denne rolle vil du få succes ved at anvende din tekniske viden og analytiske færdigheder til at facilitere og coache kolleger i kvalitetsværktøjer, drive kundereklamationer, interne sager samt større kvalitetsprojekter.

Du bliver en del af et stort team af engagerede og erfarne kolleger, som supporterer den daglige drift og sikrer, at produktionen udnytter dens fulde potentiale inden for sikkerhed, kvalitet, leveringsperformance og produktivitetsforbedringer. Factory Quality-teamet er integreret i den produktionstekniske afdeling og supporterer fire produktionsenheder: print-bestykning, montage, varemodtagelse (lokation i Tinglev) og vareafsendelse.

Blandt dine opgaver kan nævnes:

  • Coaching af kollegaer i PFMEA, kontrolplaner, målesystemsanalyser, statistisk proceskontrol og fejlsikringsmekanismer.
  • Forbedring af eksisterende metoder og processer i relation til kvalitet.
  • Facilitator af 8D processer ved interne- og eksterne kvalitetsfejl, herunder seriefejl.
  • Sikring af og deltagelse i løbende forbedringer, der understøtter målsætningerne i produktionsafdelingerne.
  • Koordinering af akutte kundereklamationer på tværs af organisationen.
  • Indgå i tværfunktionelle teams som kvalitetsspecilist.
  • Auditering af fremstillingsprocesser i relation til IATF16949.

Background & Skills
Fagligt stærk profil med ”hands-on”-attitude

Du har en baggrund som produktionsingeniør eller tilsvarende ingeniøruddannelse og flere års erfaring med løbende procesoptimering, kvalitetsforbedringer og kvalitetsværktøjer. Det er en fordel, hvis du har en Six Sigma-certificering på Green Belt- eller Black Belt-niveau samt erfaring med auditering i ISO9001:2015 og IATF16949. Erfaring med APIS IQ software er også en fordel.

Du har en positiv og imødekommende attitude med et højt drive og evnen til vedholdende at udfordre eksisterende processer. Du kommunikerer klart og værdsætter høj kvalitet i arbejdet samt godt samarbejde. Du er en effektiv problemløser, der arbejder selvstændigt og resultatorienteret, og du bevarer overblik, selv når du jonglerer flere opgaver. Du fungerer godt i teams, hvor du skaber tillid og samarbejde, og du sørger for at følge opgaverne til dørs. Du trives i en varieret hverdag, hvor der stilles krav til din fleksibilitet og hands-on tilgang. Endelig er du fortrolig med at formulere dig på engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
