As an integral part of our team, you will focus on expertise in Marketing Automation (MA) and managing Dynamics 365 from a marketing perspective. You will create and develop customer journeys aimed at improving lead conversion for both the SMB segment and complex sales processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and manage Marketing Automation (MA) in Dynamics 365 to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Develop and implement customer journeys to enhance lead conversion for both the SMB segment and complex sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales strategies, creating a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for our Marketing Automation and CRM initiatives, aligning them with our overall business objectives.
  • Optimize SEO and develop engaging content that drives traffic and captures potential customers' interest.

To Succeed with Us You Need:

  • Proven experience in CRM management and Marketing Automation in Dynamics 365 or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create and deliver content, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media content.
  • Experience with complex sales processes and the SMB segment, preferably in B2B.
  • Fluency in Danish and business-level English.
