Vi søger en Contract Manager med erfaring i leverandørsamarbejde samt kontraktstyring, der har lyst til at være med til at skabe mest mulig værdi for vores sundhedsvæsen.

Du vil blive en del af afdelingen Indkøb & Medicoteknik, som er den regionale fællesfunktion inden for både indkøb, logistik og medicoteknik i Region Midtjylland. Region Midtjylland køber årligt varer og tjenesteydelser for ca. 8 mia. kr., og det er vigtigt, at vi køber ansvarligt ind. Vi arbejder for at få mest mulig sundhed for pengene samtidig med, at vi tager størst mulig hensyn til miljøet uden at gå på kompromis med behandlingskvaliteten.

Som Contract Manager vil din hverdag blandt andet byde på:

  • Ansvar for egen leverandørportefølje og kategoriområde.
  • Sikring af stabil forsyning og rettidig levering af kritiske varer - eller koordinering af erstatningsvarer i tilfælde af, at førnævnte ikke lykkes.
  • Kontraktstyring og daglig drift heraf - så som prisreguleringer, reklamationer, vare-tilrettelser, restordrer, kontraktoverdragelser og lignende.
  • Kommunikation med og til mange forskellige interessenter - internt såvel som eksternt.

  • Har forståelse for det gode, strategiske leverandørsamarbejde, og at du herunder kan identificere fordele og træffe beslutninger, der gavner Region Midtjylland.
  • Har en analytisk sans krydret med et kommercielt mind-set.
  • Kan kommunikere i øjenhøjde både mundtligt og skriftligt.
  • Kan skabe overblik og prioritere i de daglige opgaver – også når noget uventet kommer ind fra siden.

  • Relevant uddannelse.
  • Praktisk erfaring med tidligere nævnte punkter.
  • Hjemmevant i SAP eller andet ERP-system.
  • Erfaren bruger i Excel og office-pakken generelt.

Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår
Du vil få arbejdsplads hos Indkøb & Medicoteknik, Region Midtjylland, Regionshuset Aarhus, Olof Palmes Allé 15, 8200 Aarhus N.

Stillingen er en fast fuldtidsstilling på 37 timer inklusiv betalt frokostpause og med flekstidsordning.

Ansættelsen sker med reference til områdeleder Henriette Trenskow.

Løn- og ansættelsesforhold er i henhold til gældende regler om Ny Løn.

Vi ønsker som udgangspunkt stillingen besat pr. 1. oktober 2024 eller snarest herefter.
