Drive Supply Chain Excellence with NORNORM

At NORNORM, we are digital pioneers, redefining the workspace industry with sustainability and circularity at the core of our mission. As we scale rapidly across multiple markets, we are looking for a Supply &Demand Planner to support circularity at scale.
Our supply chain is the backbone of our vision, ensuring efficient stock flow, accurate forecasting, and optimized logistics across multiple markets, ensuring that resources are continuously reused and redistributed to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Copenhagen. This is not a traditional demand planning role Here, you will be an integral part of refining and improving our supply chain processes in an ever-evolving, circular business model.

You will work in a global team, collaborating closely with Customer Engagement, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to ensure optimal stock levels, accurate forecasting, and cost-efficient logistics across multiple markets.

At NORNORM, we operate in a complex supply chain environment with limited IT support, and Business Central only partially supports our workflows. That's why we are actively investing in new system capabilities, and as part of this role, you will play a key role in shaping these improvements and ensuring best-in-class supply chain support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order & delivery optimization : Optimize orders and deliveries to warehouses across all markets while balancing cost efficiency and environmental goals.
  • Logistics & shipment coordination : Plan and coordinate shipments to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency.
  • Demand forecasting : Develop and maintain sales forecasts for each market to ensure accurate demand planning based on BI data.
  • Capacity & inventory optimization : Optimize capacity utilization and manage day-to-day supply chain tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Stock planning & management : Plan and manage stock levels in alignment with agreed forecasting targets.
  • Implementation support : Provide ad-hoc support to our Implementation team with supply chain-related tasks to ensure seamless execution.

Your Profile:

The most important thing is that you bring an innovative mindset, a solid understanding of supply chain workflows, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You should also enjoy working with operations, as this role will involve a significant amount of operational tasks.
Additionally, we imagine that you bring the following qualifications:

  • Supply chain experience : Experience in complex supply chains in a global setting.
  • ERP knowledge : Experience working with ERP systems (ideally D365), or a strong interest in improving IT system support.
  • Analytical & structured personality : Ability to handle complex tasks, stay organized, and work with data-driven decision-making.
  • Stakeholder management : Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and adjusting to evolving challenges.
  • Language skills : Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ownership & goal-oriented approach : Proactive, takes responsibility, and delivers results independently and in teams.

What We Offer:

  • Early responsibility : Shape the future of NORNORM from day one.
  • Collaborative environment : Join a diverse team of industry experts and entrepreneurs, fostering learning and growth.
  • Open, positive culture : Our values - "We care, we dare, we do, we make simple easy" - create an open, collaborative workplace.
  • Flexible work arrangements : Support for work-life balance with flexible hours and hybrid work options. Our setup is hybrid-remote, but we do not offer fully remote roles, as in-person collaboration is an essential part of how we work.
  • Competitive compensation & growth opportunities : Be part of a company that values your contributions and supports personal and professional development.
