About the Role: Demand Planner

We are seeking a Demand Planner to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Copenhagen . As we are currently restructuring our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a creative professional eager to collaborate on developing standardized processes and shaping innovative ways of working. This role is centered around ensuring that our product availability meets the demands of our growing markets while maintaining operational excellence and sustainability.

As a Demand Planner, you will manage demand forecasting, inventory accuracy, and stock optimization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance NORNORM's supply chain processes, ensuring the right products are available at the right time and place.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Forecasting : Aggregate forecasts and manage demand on an item level for each market and customer hub. Run S&OPs with local market leads and place forecasts in D365 F&O at product and substitute levels.
  • Product Portfolio Management : Drive demand towards preferred products in collaboration with other teams. Oversee product introduction timelines and manage delisting and reduction of NORNORM's product portfolio to optimize inventory for the right markets.
  • Stock Accuracy & Reduction : Reconcile weekly stock for our Circularity Hubs and ensure accuracy. Analyze and reduce excess stock through correct forecasting and collaboration with third-party outlets.
  • Collaboration & Training : Work with Network Planners and Project Implementation Managers on ABC classifications and updates. Train and support PIMs in handling orders, optimizing stock levels, building forecasts and analyzing supply chain costs.
  • Continuous Improvement : Track KPIs for regional responsibilities and identify opportunities to enhance workflows, systems, and processes.

Your Profile:

We believe the ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:

  • Demand Planning Experience : At least 2 years of Demand Planning experience.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in D365 SCM and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work methodically.
  • Ownership and Integrity : High moral standards and a strong sense of responsibility.
