To strengthen our commercial capabilities, LIEWOOD is searching for a skilled Omni Merchandiser (Maternity Cover). This role will drive trade performance, optimize assortment planning, and ensure alignment between direct-to-consumer (DTC) and business-to-business (B2B) channels.
You will be working from our Liewood Head office in Østerbro, and report into our Head of Category and GTM.
Key Responsibilities
Omni Merch KPIs:
- Report on DTC & B2B trade for LIEWOOD's business on a weekly/quarterly/seasonal basis, highlighting performance and key information to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Secure strong understanding of LIEWOOD collections and seasonal priorities and launches to capture commercial moments, meaning managing the commercial plan.
- Place seasonal buys, based on previous performance, selling potential and beliefs including setting category and product performance targets. (DTC-specific)
- Place seasonal risk buy based on previous Sell-In performance, selling potential and commercial beliefs. (B2B-specific)
- Align with Demand Planner on Essential assortment, needs, demand, and timing.
- Align with Category Assortment Manager on Product Councils, Hero Triangles & Collection Planning.
- Align with Head of Marketing on seasonal DTC & B2B strategies, activity plans, and campaigns.
- Set & deliver seasonal promotions and price amendments across the DTC website & B2B, in line with company trading calendar and competitor analysis.
- Own in-season stock and proactively drive actions to maximize direct sales revenue and margins whilst optimizing inventory & mitigate risk of overstock at end of season.
- Produce trade insight information for both internal and external discussions.
- Gather and consolidate sell-out performance from key B2B customers on a monthly basis.
- Manage and oversee the B2B commerce site and drive categorization and product prioritization (B2B-specific).
- Act as a Commercial/Ecommerce-liaison for other departments to ask questions to.
- Prepare DTC Forecasts for the Budget/FC1/FC2/FC3, with split by Categories, by Collections, by Campaign/FP (in collaboration with Head of eCom).
Your Profile
- Data- and numbers-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Exceptional understanding of product, brand, and market trends.
- Relevant market and industry experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or children's segments.
- A commercial mindset with natural business acumen.
- Expertise in project and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining structure and process clarity.
- A positive, ambitious nature with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver well-prepared presentations for decision-making.
Your Experience & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within fashion, lifestyle, or children's segments.
- Hands-on expertise in project management and/or project portfolio management, ideally within design-related fields.
- Proven track record of successful project and category management, combined with strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
