Product Owner E2E Planning maternity cover, Viby J

Location: Viby J, DK

As a Product Owner in the End2End Planning team, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and managing the development of Planning solutions that align with our strategic goals and deliver value to end-users. You will be part of the E2E Planning team and report to the Product Manager of the Planning Agile Release train.

“In this role as Product Owner you will be responsible for the cross functional processes. You will act as the bridge between the team and the business, making sure that the cross functional processes are continuously improved and optimized based on user feedback and evolving needs,” says Katja Maria Bittmann, Program Director, End to End Planning.

How you will make an impact

As our new Product Owner you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that our planning solutions are well-designed, reliable, and meet business requirements. Additionally, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Define the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the E2E Planning goals and needs in close collaboration with the PM and business owners.
  • Lead the work on cross functional processes across the E2E planning areas.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and strategic goals in close collaboration with the other PO’s, PM and business owners.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse process performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the product.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new insights into the product development process.

What will make you successful

You have minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Process optimisation along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. In addition, you demonstrate:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, having the ability to enable and set direction for your own area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in processes and systems.
  • Good understanding of Planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and facilitate workshops.
