Who we're looking for
Can you identify needs, build, and apply BI reports to support the business and for decision-making, or do you have an interest within this area? Do you like to work, and help colleagues from many different departments and across functions? Then you might be the Data Consultant we are looking for

Our team supports the business with tools and insights to make data-driven strategic and tactical improvements. We are a smaller team within the Business Finance organization with lots of ambitions, so there will be plenty of opportunity to make a difference and set the agenda on data communication, presentation and understanding together with the rest of the organization. Your role will be very diverse. One day you might be developing new insights reports, and the next day you will innovate existing analyses and reports – and discuss next-level solutions with stakeholders or managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and designing value-adding insights solutions
• Interpreting business requests and clarifying data requirements
• Assisting and advising on data models and scoping of new BI projects
• Collaborating with highly skilled colleagues including Data analysts, Application Specialists, Business Partners, and Managers to service our clients coherently
• Promoting new insights/reports (descriptive and prescriptive).

Our primary tools - knowledge of the tools is not a requirement:

• SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)
• Excel and SAP Analysis
• Eclipse IDE (Eclipse Modeling Tools)
• PowerBI
• PowerPoint and Think-cell.

What you'll bring
The preferred candidate has some years of experience from similar jobs, e.g., Business Analyst, BI Consultant or Data Analyst in either other companies or consultancy firms. It is a plus but not a requirement to have consultancy experience.

The right candidate could also be newly graduated and hold a master's degree within Economics or Data Science or equivalent. If this is the case, together we will find the right balance between tasks and responsibilities to match your profile.
