About the job

As a student worker, your primary tasks will be helping and supporting our clients and colleagues throughout the day in the Order Handling area.

1. Ad hoc tasks
2. Support communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless order management process.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and address customer inquiries.
4. Help maintain and organize order documentation and systems.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the order handling process.

Approx. 15 hours/week, between 8-16 Monday to Friday.

You are service & performance minded and positive. Able to work proactively, independently and cross-functionally as well as ready to do hands-on activities if needed.

What you know

You have been studying for approximately a year and are looking for a part-time job for the next 2-4 years. As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
