Som Customer Success Manager vil du arbejde tæt sammen med og støtte en eller flere Client Managers, hvor du vil løfte deres kommunikationsorienterede opgaver samt sørge for, at processen forløber gnidningsfrit. I en koordinerende rolle og i samarbejde med kunder, medier og interne agenter, sikrer du, at alle parter til enhver tid har de nødvendige informationer, og den solgte ydelse publiceres.
Du vil referere direkte til Head of Customer Success og blive en del af et ambitiøst og socialt velfungerende team på 14 dygtige og hjælpsomme kollegaer på fuld- og deltid. Din arbejdsdag vil i høj grad være præget af driftsorienterede opgaver, hvorfor det er en fordel, hvis du trives i rutineprægede processer.
Kvalifikationer- Gerne en relevant uddannelse inden for markedsføring, handel, kommunikation el. lign.
- Gode engelskkundskaber i skrift og tale.
- Gerne erfaring fra en administrativ rolle med arbejdsopgaver i koordinering & kundeservice.
- Gode IT færdigheder.
- Struktureret & organiseret arbejdstilgang.
- Nyder at følge opgaver i mål med fokus på detaljerne.
- Erfaring med SEO eller linkbuilding er ikke nødvendigt, men anses for et plus.
