Afdelingen er fordelt på vores kontorer i Lyngby, Aarhus og Aalborg, og du vælger selv, hvor det vil passe bedst for dig at have dit arbejdssted. Vores team er en blanding af ingeniører, miljøteknikere, forstkandidater, geografer, arkitekter, jurister, landinspektører m.fl.

Teamet arbejder inden for en bred palet af plan- og miljøvurderingsopgaver i byer og i landdistrikterne. Det kan f.eks. være lokalplaner, kommuneplanopgaver, miljøvurdering, miljøkonsekvensvurdering samt strategisk byudvikling, temaplaner og vejledninger. For tiden har vi særlig travlt med vedvarende energianlæg som solcelleanlæg, vindmølleparker, ptX-anlæg, CO₂-fangst anlæg, damvarmelagring mv. samt udvikling af bæredygtige byområder, hvor der er stillet ekstra skarpt på miljø, natur og sociale værdier.

I teamet håndteres både komplekse og mindre komplekse projektledelsesopgaver. Der er således masser af muligheder for at være med til at lede vores projekter og udvikle dine eventuelle kompetencer som projektleder og disciplinleder. Væsentligt er, at du er motiveret af holdånd og glæden ved at løse opgaver i fællesskab med andre engagerede og fagligt stærke kolleger, som du samtidig også kan have det sjovt sammen med.

Som rådgivere er vi strategiske samarbejdspartnere for såvel private som offentlige kunder. Vi lægger stor vægt på, at vores rådgivning giver vores kunder viden og indsigt, og derved er med til at kvalificere beslutninger og handlinger i en bæredygtig retning. Kommunikation er derfor en vigtig brik i vores hverdag og essentielt for at opbygge stærke relationer til både kunder og kolleger.

  • Du har en akademisk baggrund som ingeniør, forstkandidat, geograf, landinspektør, miljøtekniker, arkitekt eller lignende
  • Du har evner, lyst og erfaring med at arbejde med planopgaver, miljøvurderinger og miljøkonsekvensvurderinger
  • Du har projektledererfaring fx fra en anden rådgiver
  • Du trives godt med at arbejde team- og projektorienteret, hvor løsninger findes i samarbejde med andre
  • Du er stærk i skriftlig og mundtlig kommunikation
  • Du er lyttende og involverende ift. kunder og kolleger og bidrager til et godt fællesskab og trivsel

Hvad vi tilbyder

Arbejdstiden for stillingen er 37 timer pr. uge, men en lavere ugentlig arbejdstid kan aftales, hvis det ønskes.
