In this role, you will oversee global merchandise financial plans, aligning top-down and cluster-level strategies to optimize inventory and drive commercial success. You’ll be developing methods, tools and best practices to improve the current MFP & open to buy method within the Integrated Planning initiative, and ensure seamless coordination across global and local teams.

As Manager, you will guide cross-functional collaboration, track allocations and sales trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decisions. Additionally, you will lead a small, dedicated team to support Pandora’s merchandise controlling and OTB processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage global top-down collection planning and reconcile with Global Merchandise Planning.
  2. Collaborate with local MFP teams to collect and align Open To Buy plans.
  3. Prepare trade meeting materials, analyzing sales performance, stock levels, and market trends.
  4. Monitor allocations and sell-in trends to identify opportunities for improvement as well as adherence to budget.
  5. Monitor and ensure that future network changes are incorporated into global merchandising plans.
  6. Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and excellence.

It is vital that you can perform under pressure and that you can organise and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.

Key Qualifications:

  1. 5-8 years of experience in Finance, Merchandising, or Supply Chain, ideally in retail, fashion, or FMCG industries.
  2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
  3. Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of planning software is a plus.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
