Om stillingen
Som Chief Process Consultant vil du blive en del af Processer & Automatisering. Afdelingen har en central rolle i at udvikle og forankre process management og derigennem skabe transparens gennem processer, så vi kan bygge fundamentet for fremtidens forsikringsselskab, sammen.

I teamet vil din rolle være at vedligeholde, udvikle og forankre Process Management på tværs af koncernen i alle vores 4 brands; Alm Brand, Codan, Privat- og Erhvervssikring. Dette vil ske i samarbejde med en masse gode kolleger i Processer & Automatisering og på tværs af Alm. Brand Group.

Arbejdsopgaverne i rollen Chief Business Consultant vil bl.a. være:

  • Forankring og skalering af Process Management
  • Udvikling af kurser og undervisning af Proces Ambassadører og Procesejere
  • Administration og videreudvikling af vores Process Management tool
  • Støtte kolleger i forståelsen af Process Management

Om dig

Vi opfordrer alle med interesse i at søge stillingen. Vi lægger i screeningen vægt på følgende:

  • Solid erfaring i at arbejde med Process Management
  • Kendskab til ARIS og notation BPMN 2.0
  • Flere års relevant erfaring fra den finansielle sektor, konsulentbranchen eller lign.

Du skal have lysten og naturlig evne til at skabe følgeskab og stærke evner i at skabe relationer på tværs af roller og ledelsesniveauer. At have lysten og evne til at bevæge sig fra et strategisk niveau ifm. med konceptudvikling og til at deltage i den daglige administration er en forudsætning for at trives i rollen.

Du skal være en god formidler af koncepter og have lyst til at stille dig op undervise.

  • Proaktiv, forandrings- og forbedringsorienteret og trives i en kontekst med korte deadlines, hvor dagene sjældent er ens
  • God til at skabe relationer og kan begå dig på alle niveauer i organisationen samt demonstreret evne til at arbejde tværfagligt og facilitere større grupper af interessenter
  • Serviceminded og evner at kommunikere og præsentere komplekse idéer klart og overbevisende, både mundtligt og skriftligt
