As a Mobile Lead specializing in Flutter, you’ll drive the creation of seamless, cross-platform mobile experiences, shaping the future of mobile application development for our clients.
As a hands-on Mobile Lead, you will own the technical direction for our Flutter-based mobile projects, ensuring excellence in application design, code quality, and architecture. You are passionate about best practices, innovative in your approach, and knowledgeable in the latest mobile technologies. You will lead teams in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions and ensure project success by setting clear standards and fostering collaboration. Your role will be pivotal in developing robust mobile strategies, mentoring team members, and setting a high standard of execution.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS- Proven ability to design and implement cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Expertise in optimizing application performance across both iOS and Android platforms.
- Ability to assess and architect Flutter solutions, aligning them with client needs and technical requirements.
- Ability to lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making within teams.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines tailored for mobile app development.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning specific to mobile applications.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs to connect Flutter applications to backend services.
- Strong expertise in cross-platform mobile development using Flutter and Dart, with experience deploying mobile applications to both iOS and Android platforms. Preferably also experienced with React Native.
- Preferably also experienced in Native development using Swift and Kotlin.
- Proficiency in mobile UI frameworks and custom animations within Flutter.
- Strong understanding of state management patterns such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Experience with Cloud services and APIs; familiarity with Firebase, AWS Amplify, or other mobile-backend-as-a-service solutions is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of mobile architectures and design patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Knowledge of best practices in mobile security and data privacy.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment.
- 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter.
- Experience working in a creative or agency environment is a plus.
- Ability to mentor and lead other mobile developers, fostering growth and adherence to best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for emerging mobile technologies and a drive to integrate them into development practices.
