YOUR CHALLENGES

As a Senior Manager Transport, you bear responsibility for your customers and transport operations.

You make your customers profitable by transforming the strategic plan of the organization into concrete actions in which commercial commitment, organizational efficiency, and people management are the guiding principles. In this way, you will achieve a maximum return. So then, what do you do exactly?

  1. During the start-up phase, you’re closely involved in setting up the daily operations until these run smoothly, which implies operational cooperation with your team when the situation requires it.
  2. You independently manage and coach a team of transport planners to keep them well aligned and ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
  3. You play a leading and decisive role in successfully launching new customers.
  4. Ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring customer KPIs (service, quality, communication ) and taking action when necessary.
  5. You prepare and take the lead in monthly/quarterly meetings with our customers.
  6. You guarantee a safe, efficient, and profitable way of working by monitoring the returns and optimizations.
  7. While keeping an eye on continuous growth, you maintain relationships with existing customers and detect opportunities for new business.
