Transport Manager

As a Senior Manager Transport, you will be responsible for leading our transport operations in Denmark. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the transport industry, with a focus on logistics and management. They will be responsible for transforming our strategic plan into concrete actions, ensuring commercial commitment, organizational efficiency, and people management.

1. Managing and coaching a team of transport planners to ensure smooth daily activities.
2. Successfully launching new customers and ensuring customer satisfaction by monitoring KPIs.
3. Preparing and leading monthly/quarterly meetings with customers.
4. Maintaining relationships with existing customers and detecting opportunities for new business.
