LEO Pharma har påbegyndt en spændende rejse med det formål at blive den foretrukne partner inden for dermatologisk pleje, som forbedrer menneskers livs på tværs af kloden - og derfor har vi brug for dig. Vi søger en erfaren kemiker, som kan tage og drive opgaver relateret til projekter, forbedringer og stabilitetsdrift. Du løser opgaverne ved at sætte dig ind i problemstillingerne og bidrage med din faglighed, sammen med den nødvendige sparring fra de øvrige specialister i afdelingen. Da vi står for stabilitetsstudier globalt, vil du få en bred kontaktflade med resten af organisationen i Danmark, Frankrig, Irland og Italien.

Din rolle
Du vil komme til at arbejde som faglig specialist indenfor stabilitet. I opgaverne indgår driftsopgaver såsom design, udførelse og rapportering af stabilitetsstudier men også Life Cycle Management projekter og forbedringsprojekter sammen med et team af kemikere og teknikere.

  • Design af stabilitetsstudier og udarbejdelse af protokoller i henhold til ICH og GMP
  • Trending af stabilitetsdata og vedligeholdelse af trendrapporter
  • Udarbejdelse af GMP- og PQR-rapporter
  • Håndtering af OOS sammen med QC-laboratorierne
  • Deltagelse i udviklingsprojekter som stabilitets SME
  • Optimering af procedurer og processer

Dine kvalifikationer
For at få succes i denne rolle forestiller vi os, at du har følgende kvalifikationer:

  • Du har en naturvidenskabelig kandidatuddannelse som farmaceut, kemiingeniør eller lignende
  • Du har en del års praktisk erfaring indenfor produktstabilitet, analytisk kemi eller/og kemi i farmaceutisk industri og du er solidt fagligt funderet
  • Du har forretningsperspektivet til at afveje omkostninger og risici på en pragmatisk måde

Uanset baggrund skal du være udadvendt og god til at samarbejde med andre. Du skal være selvkørende, fokuseret og kunne træffe beslutninger. Du er i stand til at kommunikere effektivt i skrift og tale på engelsk, og det er et krav at du forstår og kan kommunikere på dansk/skandinavisk. Vi arbejder underlagt GMP, så du skal selvsagt også have den nødvendige struktur og detaljesans til at sikre at tingene er i orden.

Dit nye team
Du vil blive en del af et team på ca. 7 personer som supporterer lokalt og globalt, og du kommer til at indgå i samarbejde på tværs af organisationen. Du bliver af del af vores moderne Quality laboratorier, hvor du får ca. 65 kolleger, der servicerer hele organisationen. Du vil have fleksibel arbejdstid, som tilpasses opgaverne. Vores miljø er kendetegnet ved samarbejde, åbenhed og plads til have det sjovt sammen. Her er ganske enkelt rart at være.
