Your Future Team:
You will become part of Group Technology Cold End. We are a diverse team of presently 15 individuals. We represent 6-7 different nationalities across 3 locations, mainly in Denmark and Poland. We have expertise in mechanical, electrical, automation, and process engineering as well as project management.

What you will be doing:

  • Take ownership of the electrical scope for our electrical design down to component level.
  • Lead the entire lifecycle of our technologies, from designing, procurement, testing (FAT), installation, commissioning (SAT), and to ensure full documentation.
  • Own designed equipment through to Turnkey supplies.
  • Communicate with suppliers and follow up to secure compliance with specific design needs and our company electrical design guidelines & standards.
  • Participate in budgeting and the development of tender material for suppliers.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Although your new desk will be located in the Nowy Rynek building in central Poznań, Poland, you will often travel primarily in Europe but could also be around North America and Asia – mostly to meet with colleagues and suppliers and to supervise the implementation of your projects. You can expect to travel 60-80 days per year , with trips varying from just a couple of days to a few weeks at a time. Know, however, that you will rarely be alone.

What you bring:
You are curious by nature and therefore proactive in searching for knowledge as well as analyzing and solving problems. Being both quality- and result-oriented, you are eager to initiate solutions and get things done, though never at the expense of quality.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong collaborative spirit, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in English.

What we offer:
By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company. We offer you a competitive salary, permanent contract after the probation period, development package, team building events, activity-based office in Poznan’s city center in the new prestigious office building – Nowy Rynek.
