Hos Læger uden Grænser søger vi en ny kollega med stærke kompetencer inden for digital marketing til vores fundraising-afdeling. Du bliver ansvarlig for håndtering og optimering af vores digitale markedsføring og dermed sikre indtægter til vores arbejde.

Stillingen er en fuldtidsstilling med stor fleksibilitet i, hvordan du tilrettelægger dit arbejde, herunder mulighed for både hjemmearbejdsdage og daglig gang på vores kontor på Amager i København.

Dine ansvarsområder:

  1. Planlægning, eksekvering og optimering af digitale marketingkampagner på tværs af sociale medier, søgemaskiner, display, videoannoncering, native og andre digitale kanaler i samarbejde med mediabureau, indholdsproducenter og kampagneteam.
  2. Hands-on opsætning, eksekvering og optimering af betalte digitale kampagner på sociale medier (primært Meta) samt løbende performancejusteringer for at maksimere resultater.
  3. Styring og optimering af betalte annonceaktiviteter på Google Ads og Bing Ads i samarbejde med ekstern partner.
  4. Overvågning, analyse og justering af kampagner baseret på dataindsigter for at sikre maksimal performance og ROI.
  5. Løbende udvikling af vores brug af digitale kanaler samt test af nye muligheder inden for digital annoncering.
  6. Initiering og implementering af lead genererende aktiviteter.
  7. Sikre korrekt tracking, datamåling og rapportering af alle kampagneaktiviteter via relevante analyse- og trackingværktøjer.
  8. Projektkoordinering af digitale kampagner i afdelingen.

Vi forestiller os, at du har mindst 3 års erfaring og en baggrund i bureauverdenen (digitalt eller mediabureau) eller fra en lignende stilling.

Vi leder efter en person, der:

  1. Har indgående erfaring med betalt annoncering på sociale platforme samt Google/Bing Ads, herunder evnen til at håndtere kampagner selvstændigt.
  2. Har et solidt kendskab til de forskellige annonceformater på tværs af kanaler og forstår, hvilke formål de bedst anvendes til – hvad enten det drejer sig om trafik, konverteringer, lead generering eller brand awareness.
  3. Har godt kendskab til øvrige digitale kanaler i markedet og en kreativ tilgang til, hvordan de kan bruges til at løfte vores synlighed og indtægter.
  4. Har kendskab til digital lead generering.
  5. Tænker resultatorienteret med fokus på indtægtsøgning. Du mestrer de digitale nøglemetrikker og kan bruge dem til at evaluere og optimere marketingkampagner effektivt.
  6. Forstår at optimere performance af digitale aktiviteter løbende ved test og evaluering af data.

Vi forestiller os, at du har indgående kendskab til:

  1. Meta Business Manager.
  2. Google produkter (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tagmanager).
  3. Excel.
  4. LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
