ABOUT THE JOB
As a Product Lead at IMPACT, you will play a leading role in defining and driving the development of our customers’ digital products. You will establish a product vision and roadmap in collaboration with client stakeholders and the IMPACT product team which usually consists of Tech Leads, UX, Design, and QA.

You will be responsible for defining the right digital products that create value for our clients. This includes aligning the product with business cases, IT strategies, solution architecture, and insights from stakeholders. A key task for you is to ensure that business requirements are uncovered, documented and made clear to the development team.

As a Product Lead, you must also take a leading role when it comes to advising our clients. We strive to become and remain the clients’ trusted advisor, who knows the client’s business and digital products, and who can help clarify complex issues and present possible solutions to facilitate decision-making. As a vital part of the product team, you will be key to creating the best commerce solutions for some of Scandinavia's and Europe's leading manufacturers.

Your primary tasks will be:

  1. Establish and champion the product vision and roadmap and steer the digital product in the right direction.
  2. Develop, refine, and own a product backlog to ensure alignment and progress – often in close collaboration with a product owner or project manager at the client’s side.
  3. Coordinate and co-create user stories, document business requirements, and set up acceptance criteria for backlog items with your product team.
  4. Ensure alignment between the product experience and the technical solutions in close collaboration with UX/design and solution architects/tech leads.
  5. Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to support the definition and development of digital products.
  6. Collaborate with project managers, scrum masters, and delivery managers to set up a project governance that supports an efficient way to execute the product backlog.

YOUR PROFILE
Your key competencies and experience are in the field of digital product development. You are driven by the product more than the project. You are familiar with product strategy and road mapping and excel in product backlog management - for instance with a background as product owner, product manager, or business analyst. It’s key that you thrive in the sweet spot between business, experience, and technology, and that you can translate business strategy and goals into digital solutions. One day you need to step into the room to explore, ideate, and innovate, and the next day you activate your structure, build, and execute mindset.

You have great facilitation and communication skills which helps you engage with a broad and diverse group of external and internal stakeholders.

You have a structured approach to your work to ensure focus for yourself and the team around you. You are ambitious – also on behalf of the client and find it natural to challenge and advise. You acknowledge that one person cannot build great solutions on their own and you naturally involve your colleagues to get their specialist input to solve the tasks in front of you. Building relations and trust comes natural to you, which makes you able to be our client’s trusted advisor.

If you have experience working with manufacturing companies, it’s an advantage.
