Workday will be a key strategic enabler of our standardized process landscape across the HR organization, providing scalability and consistency for future growth.

About the role

You will join a newly created team, Workday Service & Delivery, responsible for running and developing Workday, in close collaboration with our People Division and other key stakeholders. As part of the team, you will play a vital role in optimizing our usage of Workday by improving our current setup, translating business needs and requirements into system functionality as well as having that keen eye on opportunities for end-user innovations.

What kind of exciting challenges can you expect to meet in this role?

  1. Close functional collaboration with SMEs in People Division on processes and data
  2. Design, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday
  3. Assist in the continued design of our primary master data (Supervisory organization, Job Catalog, Positions etc.)
  4. Participate in system upgrades, release management and regression testing
  5. Provide guidance and support to our end-users and local HR teams as the 3rd level of our support model
  6. Active involvement and configuration of our core modules (HCM, Talent and Compensation) as well as future functional roadmap

The ideal person for this position will have the following qualifications:

  1. 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM, Talent or Compensation
  2. Experience working with Security Roles and their configuration
  3. Experience configuring, testing and deploying new Business processes as well as updating existing processes
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Good communication and relation-building skills with the ability to collaborate with different levels of the organization
  6. Ability to keep an eye on the bigger picture while being on top of the details
  7. Thorough understanding of HR processes and the employee journey
