Lenus is looking for a new Senior People Business Partner for our Copenhagen Office.
Join the health revolution
At Lenus we are fundamentally energised by our shared vision: making the world a healthier and happier place. Could you see yourself working for a great purpose in a dynamic, global culture? Then we might be a great match.
About the role:
Our People Business Partners play a key role in driving our company's strategy and implementing People processes. They are dedicated to improving engagement, performance, development, and retention across Lenus. This role focusses on supporting our diverse and dynamic teams at scale, ensuring every colleague thrives.
Key Responsibilities
- Culture and Engagement: Shape strategies that uphold our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and core values, using insights from monthly engagement surveys to inform action plans that enhance the employee experience. Your work will ensure that working with Lenus is more than a job - it's a meaningful journey.
- Growth and Development: Collaborate with teams to design and deliver impactful training and development programs, specifically supporting leaders through 1:1 coaching, facilitating peer learning sessions, and collaborating with relevant centers of excellence for material creation and delivery. As a senior team member, you will also mentor and guide junior colleagues in the People Business Partner team.
- Organisational Change: Act as a key advisor during periods of transformation, navigating the rapid changes inherent in a scaling organisation. Support leaders and employees through transitions with empathy and strategic insight.
- People Data and Decision Making: Leverage our robust people data and insights, to inform strategic decisions that enhance the wellbeing and effectiveness of our teams and the overall organisation.
- Strategic Talent Management: Lead key initiatives that support our talent and people agenda, including our annual Performance and Development Feedback Cycles, succession planning and hiring processes. Help identify and support key hires across the organisation.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Together with our amazing People Operations team, ensure that we are kept up to date with industry best practices and adherence to employment regulations, proactively addressing compliance matters.
Qualifications
We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner in Denmark, with a solid knowledge of Scandinavian/Danish employment law.
- Experience supporting business units of 100+ employees, acting as the key advisor to leaders on driving performance and engagement in their respective teams, offering data-driven recommendations to improve performance, retention and the overall employee experience.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to implement organisational changes effectively. You have proven that you can drive change at scale, through leaders and great relationships with teams.
- A passion for Learning and Development, including experience hosting workshops and facilitating leadership training on a variety of leadership topics and people management concepts.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive stakeholders, with confidence in offering strategic recommendations.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to leveraging new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Bonus: Experience in consulting or business partnering within a tech or product organisation.
What we're looking for:
To thrive at Lenus, you'll feel at home if you:
- Are adaptable and embrace evolving priorities, viewing change as an opportunity.
- Take ownership of successes and learning experiences with humility and a collaborative mindset.
- Value a supportive and informal work environment with a small business mindset. You take a pragmatic approach to new ideas and collaborate with others with a strong sense of purpose and shared goals.
- Thrive in a diverse, international setting, and are excited by the possibilities of a growing, global company.
- Lead with empathy, integrity and a commitment to creating a sense of belonging for all.
- Share our preferences for an office-first approach, while being open to travel to other locations as needed.
We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes
The Team
The People and Culture team at Lenus is a highly skilled and diverse group dedicated to creating meaningful employee experiences and driving impactful business outcomes. We are not bound by traditional practices but instead focus on what works best for our teams. In this role, you will report to the Head of People Business Partnering, and will be part of our global People and Culture team.
Benefits & Perks
- Structured and prioritised development opportunities
- Development feedback cycle with quarterly check-ins
- Team events and monthly social events in all our offices
- Company-wide events like our summer party, end-of-year party, and Lenus birthday party
- Daily snacks and fuel. Our offices are set up with fruits, snack bars, and a selection of drinks
- Sports and activities, like paddle tournaments, Football Club, Run & Dip, and much more
- Mandatory pension and insurance through AP Pension
- A Macbook and other hardware to support you in your daily work
We'll be going through applications frequently, so if this sounds like a great opportunity for you, hit apply and our Talent Acquisition Team will go through it and be in touch with you
