Talent Acquisition Partner for GlobalConnect
Are you passionate about recruitment and thrive in a dynamic, high-stakes, pan-Nordic environment? Are you motivated by the opportunity to impact the organization significantly, working alongside managers who value the expertise and support you bring? Do you enjoy finding the best candidate fit for the role and our culture?
About Us:
GlobalConnect is a critical infrastructure company and a leading provider of fiber solutions with over 200,000 km of fiber across Northern Europe. We play a vital role in connecting people and making a significant impact on society. Since establishing our Talent Acquisition (TA) function at the end of 2022, we have made remarkable strides, closing over 200 positions last year and earning the trust and appreciation of our stakeholders. Our TA team consists of 5 TA Partners and a Head of TA, located in Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, all working globally across our five countries.
The Role:
As a TA Partner for GlobalConnect, you will be a valued advisor to hiring managers, supporting the company strategy. You will be responsible for recruitment process A-Z, engaging in everything from upstart meetings with hiring managers to hiring the right candidates. You will be working on both search and selection across a diverse range of roles, both entry levels, specialists, and managers+ roles, ensuring the process is candidate-friendly and accurate.
Your role will include:
- Strategic Advisory: Partner with hiring managers to determine pay bands, salary levels, and recruitment processes. Provide expert advice on identifying the right skills and competencies in candidates. Engage with stakeholders at all levels, providing solid advice and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Operational Excellence: Manage multiple A-Z recruitments simultaneously, from upstart meetings to final hires, across various levels and functions within the organization. Source candidates when required. Assess candidates through our assessment tools, ensuring efficiency, quality, and inclusivity.
- Project Management & Improvement Initiatives: Our TA function took its first steps 1.5 years ago, and we are constantly improving and developing our service offering to the business, from graduate initiatives, process excellence, employer branding, and much more.
Why This Role Is Exciting:
This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future capabilities of GlobalConnect. Solving recruitments from A-Z and working as a true TA partner, you will ensure the processes are done with the highest quality possible and act as a trusted sparring partner for the Hiring Managers, giving your recommendations on how, why, what, where, and when to hire. Your innovative ideas and experiences will influence our recruitment practices, helping us become industry leaders. You will play a key role in our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, contributing to our dedicated efforts to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace. Working within an international and complex organization, you will handle recruitments and projects across five countries, developing a deeper understanding of our business and enhancing your commercial mindset.
Who we are looking for:
- You have proven experience, +3 years, with A-Z recruitment processes and understand the different stages in a recruitment process, what to do, when, and why.
- You have experience with and/or the capacity to manage +10 recruitments simultaneously in different stages and enjoy juggling between many candidates and internal stakeholders. This also means that you will be closing +40 recruitments annually of various complexity and engagement.
- You have experience with international recruitments and working with both candidates and stakeholders in other countries; hence there will be meetings over Teams.
- It is considered a bonus if you have experience in project management, profiling, AI tools, headhunting, and know how to use assessment tools and provide feedback.
- Fluency in Danish and English is essential for effective communication across our diverse team and stakeholder group, as well as for creating content in Danish and English.
This role is suited for someone enthusiastic about being part of a team and keen to make a difference. If you're motivated, committed to diversity and inclusion, and work well in global environments, we're looking forward to having you join us.
Join our journey at GlobalConnect and be a part of shaping the future of Talent Acquisition.
