About the Role

The Production Finance Partner role is a key position in our team, responsible for the financial management of inbound materials used in internal manufacturing. This includes aligning with the line of business on financial plans, product costing, inventory, raw material consumption, purchase price variance, production variance, scrap, and inventory provisions.

We are looking for a trusted finance business partner with strong stakeholders and communication skills to drive the financial management of our direct spend supplier network. This network plays a strategic role for the company, with significant growth added from acquisition activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Trusted Finance Business Partner: Recognized for your strong stakeholders and communication skills, you will be a key player in driving our systems and standards to the next level.
  • Drive Financial Management: Proactively drive alignment with line of business on financial plan, product costing, inventory, raw material consumption, purchase price variance, production variance, scrap, and inventory provisions.
  • Ensure Financial Compliance and House in Order: Align accounting treatment and cost classifications with Global Finance team.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Streamline financial and control processes to strengthen the connection between business plans, activities, and resources to ensure value creation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting: With hands-on experience in a comparable role within a large organization.
  • Strong Financial Background: Process-oriented mindset with an interest to map, streamline, and optimize processes.
  • Structured Way of Thinking: Sharp eye for details and thrive in setting direction for finance integration and handling of product costing.
  • Solid Stakeholder Management Skills: Collaboration skills, good communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in English: Both written and spoken English.
