The Digital Transformation Team promotes and oversees the execution of the Group Compliance Strategy. We co-drive the Compliance Cluster in the Risk and Compliance Tribe, review and update the GC process landscape, including new processes, and implement Data Governance in Group Compliance. Our team comprises 10 dedicated members, including the Head of the Team, with 3 members in Denmark, 3 in Finland, and 1 in Lithuania.

The position can be based either in Lithuania or Denmark, providing you with flexibility depending on your location preference.

We are constantly seeking new ways to enhance our products, services, and processes. We believe in innovation and advanced technology as means to create better experiences for our customers and employees. Therefore, we are currently seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in emerging technologies like AI, Generative AI, Automation, etc., who is enthusiastic about developing and facilitating the integration of these technologies across the organization.

With your technology experience, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with the development department on our future AI and Generative AI-based tools. You will work closely with the developers during all phases, focusing on transforming our bank in a digital direction according to the Group Compliance Strategy.

You will:

  • Lead and develop prototypes or POCs to demonstrate how technology can simplify processes
  • Work closely with our GenAI squad to develop sustainable solutions
  • Lead and set up GenAI Hackathons, and drive and facilitate sessions to enhance people's digital skills and competencies
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems across the entire Risk and Compliance organization, covering various business areas and processes
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organization
  • Lead in the design and execution of user acceptance testing to ensure the final product meets the business requirements
  • Participate in the continuous development of the AI integration approach, enhancing business operations and decision-making processes

About you:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Very experienced with different emerging technologies and possesses great technical skills such as:
    • AI/GenAI software development and quality assurance (QA)
    • Cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
    • Data analytics (e.g., Python)
    • Data visualization (e.g., Python, Tableau)
    • PowerPoint
    • Data/cloud architecture, skilled in a data modeling methodology
    • Writing and understanding technical documentation
  • Capable of effectively managing relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-driven and able to work individually while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • A solid analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an eagerness to share knowledge and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

This position can be located both in Lithuania and Denmark. If the position is located in Lithuania, the salary range will be from 4720 to 7080 EUR monthly.
