We are looking for compelling profiles that would fit a role as a consultant or senior consultant (2-4 years of relevant experience required). We are primarily interested in candidates with experience in finance consulting and a passion for sustainability. Having a proficient knowledge of the finance sector is desired, with a strong consulting toolkit an asset. Sustainability interest is a must, but we can help you build the knowledge in the field.
A bit about us:
We are a forward-thinking, impact-driven sustainability consultancy that works with leading clients in the Nordics and Europe on sustainability baseline, strategy and implementation projects. We’re also on a journey to a 4-day working week, since we believe rested minds have the best ideas The role is within the Sustainable Finance team led by Ottilly Mould . As we are experiencing a lot of traction from the finance segment at the moment, we will be looking for candidates to ideally start in October/November 2024.
What you will be doing:
Helping us build out our sustainable finance pillar through project delivery, business development and proposition development. You will be working on projects that range from ESG DDs to sustainability regulation implementation and strategy. We are searching for a candidate who is ready to support the growth of this pillar with passion and initiative.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
- You have excellent skills within the consultancy toolbox, e.g., data analysis (excel), presentations (PowerPoint), proposal writing, etc.
- You have project management experience and are comfortable driving projects independently and in teams
- You have effective communication skills and can converse well with new and potential clients, to listen and understand their needs
- You have finance knowledge and experience and know how the financial sector works
- You have a passion for sustainability and a desire to learn more
Your experience and background:
- Minimum 1 year experience in consulting or
- Minimum 1 year experience in a finance (related) industry e.g., financial consulting, banking, Private Equity, Asset Management etc.
- You speak and write Danish at a native or comparable level. Fluency in English is also a requirement
- Experience with CSRD and/or EU Taxonomy is an asset but not a requirement
- You live sustainability (or aim to) and seek to push the boundaries of what organisations and individuals can do to make an impact to advance the societal transition needed
- You always seek to deliver the highest quality possible
- You are a team player that can handle a diverse set of tasks
- You are proactive and not afraid to offer your perspective on how to best approach the project at hand
- You have compassion and strong interpersonal skills
- You are excited about joining a dynamic organisation and taking on a key role in helping it grow further
