We are looking for a motivated and meticulous student worker to become part of our Business Controlling Team. This role offers a fantastic chance for a student keen on acquiring practical experience in finance and business operations within a nurturing and cooperative setting.

As a member of our Finance Business Partnering team, you will be part of a team which, through close collaboration with the business units, uses data to guide the organization to perform on our value-driving activities. We support decision-making by developing business cases – highlighting the risks and rewards of making decisions and help bridge the gap between finance and other areas of the business.

Your responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Support the team in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and variances
  • Help maintain and improve financial models and tools
  • Participate in various projects and initiatives to optimize business processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Controlling Team

Your profile

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

You have strong analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You work well independently as well as collaboratively within a team, and you’re enthusiastic about learning and embracing new challenges.

As a global company, we expect you to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
