Som vores nye juridiske konsulent vil du skulle rådgive om specifikke udbudsretlige spørgsmål og tilrettelægge samlede effektive udbudsforløb for vores kunder, ofte fra det indledende strategiarbejde og frem til kontrakten indgås. Du brænder for at arbejde med juraen i praksis i et professionelt miljø med inspirerende kollegaer og en dynamisk samarbejdskultur, der byder på masser af faglige udfordringer. Rambølls styrke er vores evne til at tilbyde kunderne multidisciplinær rådgivning, så du skal forvente at skulle arbejde tæt sammen med kollegaer, der er eksperter på hvert deres felt – det kan være fra offentlig digitalisering til transport- og energiinfrastruktur. Vi yder ofte bistand til gennemførelse af komplekse og forretnings- eller samfundskritiske udbud og er som rådgiver fast knyttet til en række kunder, herunder større forsyningsvirksomheder, som aktivt bidrager til den grønne omstilling. Du bliver en del af afdelingen ”Public Procurement & Contracts”. Vi er en specialiseret gruppe bestående af ca. 15 udbudsjuridiske rådgivere, som i mere end 25 år har tilbudt vores kunder højt kvalificeret juridisk rådgivning i Danmark og internationalt. Ansættelsen vil være på vores kontor i København eller Aarhus, men derudover kan vi også tilbyde dig en hybrid arbejdsplads med mulighed for at arbejde hjemmefra eller fra et af Rambølls øvrige kontorer i hele Danmark. Det må dog forventes, at der kan blive perioder, hvor arbejdet udføres fra kundens adresse. Herudover kan vi tilbyde fleksible arbejdsforhold, hvor du har mulighed for i høj grad at kunne planlægge din egen arbejdsdag med respekt for både fritid og familie.

Dine primære ansvarsområder vil være:

  • at yde rådgivning om og udførende bistand til gennemførelse af udbudsforretninger, hovedsageligt EU-udbud
  • at bistå kunder i strategiske beslutninger i forbindelse med anskaffelser
  • at bidrage til styring og/eller ledelse af projekter, hvor du leverer sammen med eller via øvrige deltagere
  • at være en del af den videre udvikling af vores forretning i form af kunder og ydelser.

Om dig

  • Du er jurist (cand.jur. eller cand.merc.jur.) med 2-3 års erhvervserfaring og gerne med en baggrund fra lignende rådgivningsvirksomhed eller advokatbranchen – alternativt med erfaring fra en indkøbsfunktion hos en forsyningsvirksomhed eller anden teknisk fokuseret offentlig virksomhed.
  • Du har 2-3 års erfaring med udbudsrådgivning og strategiske indkøb.
  • Du har erfaring med konkurrenceudsættelser og gennemførelse af EU-udbud.
  • Du brænder for din faglighed, har en stor ansvarsfølelse og gode samarbejdsevner.
  • Du kan formulere dig klart og præcist på dansk og engelsk, både skriftligt og mundtligt.
