This is taken care of by around 20,000 wholesale customers, with whom Triumph has traditionally had close relations, in addition to a dense network of more than 2,300 controlled points of sale, which are operated both by partners and by Triumph itself. Your Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain strong internal relationships with Sales & Product teams to ensure marketing plans are supported internally, commercial, relevant and aligned to local & regional sales and marketing objectives.
  2. Working together with sales & product teams to sell in new product, concepts & campaigns (including development of tools, trade shows, events, and internal meetings/conferences).
  3. Management and delivery of B2B communication tools (B2B digital newsletter, communication tools such as imagery and digital banners on B2B portal, catalogue & flyer printing).
  4. Supporting the sales team in developing ‘on brand’ tools and communication assets to win new business.
  5. Run seasonal sell-in analysis to understand product distribution across wholesale environment.
  6. Communicating the PR/media approach to wholesale key account partners – such as new launches, campaigns, or calendar moments to ensure brand marketing investments are aligned and leveraged within key & strategic wholesale accounts.
  7. Building a simple, streamlined B2C marketing approach in bronze & silver level accounts such as POS or digital toolkits for self-assembly/use.
  8. Work as a tight-knit team with your CMS NX counterpart to develop tools, support the sales team and drive sell-through in wholesale stores.
  9. Reporting on and learning from results, calculating and communicating ROI – working closely with sales.

Your ideal profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (nice to have).
  2. At least 2 years of experience in the role or a comparable one (retail/VM, wholesale, or trade marketing).
  3. Fluent in English and Danish, and/or any other Nordic languages.
  4. Social media, industry and trend savvy.
  5. IT proficiency: Word, Excel, PPT.
  6. Strong organizational and planning skills.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  8. The ability to work on multiple projects at one time, prioritizing workload seamlessly.
  9. Works well under pressure, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  10. Adaptable – showing the ability to pivot with changing priorities and objectives.
  11. Shows a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  12. Knowledge of the local market/high street retail trends and competitor activity.
  13. Comprehensive knowledge of and interest in consumer and retail marketing.
  14. Adept with numbers – budget management, calculating ROI etc.
  15. Ability to build strong, meaningful internal & external relationships.
  16. A team player.
