This is the job:

As a Retail Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in optimizing how we communicate with our in-store visitors. Your mission is to ensure that our stores deliver the right messages at the right time, creating impactful experiences that improve traffic, turn-in rates, conversion rates, and basket value. Working closely with various teams, you’ll help integrate our marketing efforts across channels while driving test-and-learn initiatives to continuously enhance store performance. The role is a newly created role on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and ensure the efficiency of all in-store marketing elements including window communication, POS, decorations, price communication, etc.
  • Lead a test-and-learn approach for optimizing the use of our stores as marketing channels, including developing actionable recommendations for the marketing teams as well as other stakeholders across the organization.
  • Develop store marketing concepts in collaboration with our content team, product teams, and local markets.
  • Ensure a good execution of all campaigns in the stores in collaboration with Retail operations, local markets, and other relevant teams.
  • Contribute to the integration of our marketing efforts, in collaboration with the other channel owners.

This is you:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with retail marketing, preferably in an international context.
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully execute initiatives in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative and visual communication, although content development skills (e.g., graphic design) is not a must.
  • Great stakeholder engagement and people skills, and experience with collaborating across many different business functions.
  • Familiarity with business, marketing, and growth strategies is a plus.
  • Structured approach with the ability to work with and prioritize between several tasks at the same time and still comply with short deadlines.
  • A proactive and independent team player, who enjoys working across functions, cultures, and countries.
