What will I be doing?
  1. Actively supports the Company’s commitment to safety and its core values.
  2. Performs quality inspections in accordance with program quality control documentation. Participate and guide project quality control from kick-off until hand-off.
  3. Provides oversight of the implementation of the QA/QC management system at site.
  4. Coordinates the quality inspections with the site sub-contractors and vendors.
  5. Coordinates with the customer's representative on all quality matters.
  6. Provides oversight in the distribution of relevant QA/QC documentation to site subcontractors while reviewing that completed documentation is stored appropriately upon completion.
  7. Verifies that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the design documents and program standards.
  8. Participates in the internal and external site audits.
  9. Coordinates all the quality site inspections through the Contractor QC team.
  10. Ensures all quality control documentation is compiled and completed for as-built handover through the Contractor QC team.
  11. Provides review and reporting of all non-conformance reports and undertakes remedial action. Monitors the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.
  12. Completes and coordinates the approval of the site's QC technical submittals to the customer.
  13. Coordinates with the Client and Contractor QA/QC team on all quality issues.
  14. Coordinates and chairs the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the Contractor QC personnel.
  15. Assures all technical documents relative to site quality control are of current status.
Is this role for me?
  1. Suitable candidates must have a relevant Electrical Engineering or Electrical Trade qualification.
  2. The ability to manage a QA/QC Team.
  3. Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Quality role.
  4. A QA/QC Qualification would be an advantage but not essential.
  5. IT Skills – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
  6. Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing to clients and other stakeholders.
  7. Ability to delegate and manage team members efficiently.
  8. Prior experience of working in a MSFT Data Centre would be highly advantageous.
