WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

As SAP Test Manager at JYSK, you will be instrumental in driving test excellence across multiple agile teams. You will foster a culture of quality by implementing strong test methodologies and coaching teams to achieve a robust quality standard.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:

  1. Coaching the teams in embracing and implementing the test strategy
  2. Ensure a structured test approach by shifting left
  3. Plan and estimate the test effort of various test activities
  4. Monitor and control test activities
  5. Product risk assessment and strategy determination
  6. Control the test process throughout the test life cycle
  7. Set up, maintain and report on quality metrics

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

We are establishing a shift-left quality culture to support our IT modernisation. To achieve this, you should provide guidance and leadership in securing a robust quality assurance framework grounded in proven test methodologies.

Furthermore, we are looking for a new colleague who:

  1. Has experience with SAP and preferably upgrades to S/4
  2. Has experience leading quality assurance across multiple agile teams in a SAFe setup
  3. Has experience with SAP test automation
  4. Has the ability to advise teams and ARTs on quality assurance
  5. Has excellent contact and motivation skills
  6. Demonstrates strong communication skills
  7. Has solid test methodology experience to support test engineers and developers
