We're working with a leading Microsoft Partner in Denmark looking for a Power Platform Architect / Team Lead to drive the growth of their Power Platform practice. This is a unique opportunity to lead and expand an existing team while shaping the strategic direction of their solutions.

You'll lead a small but growing team of two – a Functional Consultant (focused on Sales & Marketing) and a Technical Specialist. We're also looking to bring in an ERP Sales Specialist to strengthen the team further.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and deliver Power Platform solutions (CE or F&O) with a focus on Sales, Field Service, and Project Operations.
  2. Integrate and optimise modules to meet client business needs.
  3. Work closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  4. Provide technical leadership and mentor the team.
  5. Play a key role in hiring and building the team.
  6. Deliver presentations and solution designs to customers.
What I'm Looking For:
  1. 3–5 years' experience as a Power Platform Architect.
  2. Expertise in CE or F&O, with experience in AI and module integration.
  3. Strong background in Sales, Field Service, and Project Operations.
  4. Leadership experience with a track record of building and developing teams.
  5. Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
