Som Digital Project Manager bliver du en del af et dynamisk team bestående af seks højt kvalificerede kollegaer. SKAB MÅLRETTEDE RESULTATER OG FORANKRING PÅ TVÆRS AF FORRETNINGEN
Du bliver en del af Group IT som arbejder på tværs af hele koncernen. Her vil du fungere som projektleder på vores digitale- og IT-projekter i tæt samarbejde med interessenter på tværs af organisationen. Projekterne kommer typisk fra koncernstrategien via NCG Project Management Office (PMO). Der ligger også en dedikeret IT-strategi med fokus på simplificering af vores systemlandskab og Cyber Security, hvilket giver dig mulighed for at arbejde med en varieret portefølje af projekter hvor du typisk vil være med fra konceptualisering til gevinstrealisering.

DINE PRIMÆRE OPGAVER VIL INKLUDERE:

  • Digital projektledelse, rapportering, scoping, budgettering, styregruppehåndtering, leverandørstyring og gevinstrealisering
  • Sparring og rådgivning med forretningen på IT og projektområdet
  • Sikring af fremdrift og målopnåelse gennem velgennemførte IT-projekter, der følger tidsplan, scope og budget.
  • Rapportering og styring af flere samtidige projekter og opgaver i forskellige størrelser
  • Sikring af forankring af projekterne i samarbejde med forretningen

DIN PASSION FOR DIGITAL- OG IT-UDVIKLING ER NØGLEN TIL FÆLLES SUCCES
Du er relationsskabende og dygtig til at kommunikere på tværs af alle niveauer i organisationen. Du arbejder proaktivt, detalje- og procesorienteret. Du er i stand til at styre flere projekter samtidigt. Du motiveres af udvikling, fremdrift og de muligheder digitalisering bringer. Du har som minimum grundlæggende IT-kundskaber og behersker engelsk på forhandlingsniveau. Har det arbejdet med webudvikling, CMS samt kendskab til tysk er en fordel.

Vi forestiller os, at du har opbygget, og kan dokumentere solid projektledererfaring gennem styring af både enkle og komplekse it-projekter, gerne suppleret med en projektledelsescertificering. Ydermere er du vant til at håndtere mange forskellige interessenter og projektdeltagere. Du har sandsynligvis en kandidatuddannelse, eksempelvis Cand.merc. eller Cand.it, hvilket har givet dig en stærk forståelse af krydsfeltet mellem det kommercielle og digitale. Din akademiske baggrund er dog ikke afgørende - din projektledererfaring og passion for digitalisering og IT-udvikling er nøglen til succes i denne stilling.
