You’ll be joining an incredible global UX team consisting of two crazy Norwegians, two innovative Swedes, and a powerhouse UX designer in Germany. This diverse group of UX experts is at the heart of HVD Group’s design excellence. Together, you’ll collaborate across borders and disciplines, bringing different perspectives to the table and creating designs that are as inclusive as they are groundbreaking for all our products

Your Role:

As a UX Designer at HVD Group, you’re not just designing products—you’re shaping the future of entire industries. We’re looking for a talented, ambitious, and creative individual who can dig deep into our users’ needs and deliver designs that don’t just meet expectations—they exceed them. You’ll collaborate with a global team of UX and service designers, product managers, and developers, all united by a passion for creating intuitive, impactful, and unforgettable digital experiences.

This role is based in our Denmark office, where you’ll primarily contribute to our two main local product lines while also playing a key role in supporting the global UX team across all HVD Group product lines. With a growing portfolio that includes Ordrestyring, KlarPris, KlarCalc, Hantverksdata, Next One Technology (Project, Planning, Field, Accurator), CraftNote, Jublo, and more, you’ll have the opportunity to influence a wide array of tools shaping the construction and skilled trades industry across Europe.

  • KlarPris : Imagine a platform that brings together over 100 top suppliers, empowering electricians and plumbers to streamline their purchasing process in ways they never thought possible. KlarPris is the B2B procurement platform leading the charge in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Germany. What You’ll Do:

  • Innovate: Lead UX design efforts across multiple product lines, crafting user experiences that are not only functional but also delightful and inspiring. Your designs will simplify complex processes, transforming them into intuitive, seamless interactions. While you may focus on specific projects, your work will impact our global portfolio of digital products
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the UX team, product managers, developers, and an international team of designers to bring your visions to life. Your ideas will help steer the direction of our products, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Empathize : Dive deep into user research, conducting usability tests, gathering data, and uncovering insights that will inform your design decisions. You’ll become the voice of our users, ensuring their needs are at the heart of everything we do.
  • Create: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that tell a story and guide users effortlessly through their journey. Your work will set new standards for what’s possible in digital design.
  • Evolve: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest UX trends, tools, and best practices. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and push boundaries—making our products better with every iteration.

Who You Are:

  • A UX Visionary: You have 2-4 years (or more) of experience in UX design, and your portfolio showcases your ability to create user-centered designs that are both beautiful and functional. You understand that great design is about more than just aesthetics—it’s about solving real problems for real people.
  • A Creative Problem-Solver: You’re comfortable working through complex challenges, finding elegant solutions that delight users. You know how to balance user needs with business goals, and you’re always looking for ways to improve.
  • A Collaborator: You thrive in a team environment, where ideas flow freely, and collaboration is key. You communicate your ideas clearly and persuasively, and you value the input of others.
  • A Quick Learner: You may not be an expert in the construction industry yet, but you’re eager to learn. You know that understanding your users is the key to creating great designs, and you’re ready to dive in and discover what makes them tick.
  • A Design Enthusiast: You live and breathe design. You’re always exploring new tools, techniques, and trends, and you’re excited to bring your latest ideas to the table.
