Forenede Service A/S fortsætter i en spændende og positiv udvikling, og søger derfor en engageret og passioneret leder, der kan stå i spidsen for selskabets rapportering og controlling. Som Head of controlling and reporting indtræder du i en nyoprettet stilling, med ansvaret for vores dygtige controllerteam på 5 medarbejdere. Du vil indgå i økonomiafdelingens lederteam og have direkte reference til økonomichefen. Dine primære opgaver vil bl.a. omfatte:

  • Indgå i økonomiafdelingens overordnede ledelse i samarbejde med økonomichef og sideordnede ledere
  • Stå i spidsen for den fortsatte udvikling og digitalisering af Forenede Services reporting- og controlling
  • Proaktivt udvikle processer og rutiner, der sikrer høj kvalitet, øget værdiskabelse og effektivisere rapportering
  • Sammen med teamet bistå i og sikre løbende dialog og samarbejde på rapporteringsområdet med rapportmodtagere i driften og andre stakeholders
  • Sikre konsekvent overholdelse af deadlines og andre definerede leverancemål
  • Lede og udvikle controlling-funktionen løbende, så den hele tiden bidrager maksimalt til den forretningsmæssige udvikling

Du har en serviceminded og samarbejdsvillig indstilling til dine kolleger, når du fx skal introducere nye processer eller yder sparring. Derudover skal du være en dygtig formidler, når det kommer til analyser og rapporter gerne også visuelt.

  • Erfaring: Du har relevant erfaring fra en lignende stilling og er vant til at tage ansvar.
  • Ledelse: Du har solid erfaring med personaleledelse og besidder en visionær og strategisk tilgang.
  • Kommunikation: Du kommunikerer klart og effektivt, både skriftligt og mundtligt, og behersker engelsk på forhandlingsniveau.
  • Overblik under pres: Du bevarer overblikket og agerer effektivt, selv i pressede situationer.
  • Menneskelige egenskaber: Du har en positiv og engageret lederstil, med respekt for dine omgivelser. Du er involverende og støttende og kan opretholde et motiverende arbejdsmiljø via åben og uformel kommunikation, der fremmer en god stemning og et stærkt samarbejde.
