We are offering an unique opportunity for an innovative QA LEAN Partner to establish and develop a new role within our Quality Assurance department. In this position, you will have the freedom to shape and define this role from the ground up, working closely with senior leadership to influence the direction of quality assurance processes. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of QA, you will have a significant impact on our project portfolio management and the implementation of process improvements through LEAN methodologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where they can drive change and create meaningful improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the QA project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Process and System Improvement Facilitation: Support and enhance quality assurance processes by facilitating workshops focused on process improvements, work with systems towards continuous improving things like data management, and availability.
  • Leadership Support: Support QA leadership team, providing key support to ensure effective decision-making and implementation of QA strategies.
  • LEAN and Six Sigma Initiatives: Apply LEAN principles to drive continuous improvement across QA processes.
  • Quality Assurance Support: Contribute to the development and enhancement of QA processes and systems, ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience - A strong background in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Familiarity with GMP standards is essential.

LEAN/Six Sigma - Certified Six Sigma Black Belt is a strong advantage, demonstrating your ability to lead complex process improvements.

Workshop Facilitation - Proven experience in facilitating workshops and leading process improvement initiatives.

Language Skills - Proficiency in both Danish and English is required.

Personal Attributes - A proactive, self-starting individual with the ability to work independently and build a role from the ground up.
