Key Responsibilities
As our new Quality & Serviceability Lead your responsibility will be to implement our service strategy in New Product Introduction projects and communicate this process to a variety of stakeholders.
More specifically, you will:
- Drive and manage the Service & Installation area in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring that new products can be serviced and installed on the market.
- Own Quality Learning Loop in NPI projects to guarantee learnings from the market are addressed in future projects.
- Drive and manage the Early Warning Process on newly launched products.
- Adopt a proactive mindset in all tasks and have full focus on the B&O customer.
- Be a vital part of develop, drive and implement our Longevity strategy.
What You Bring
We imagine you come with a SW, Electronics or Mechanical engineering background supported by more than 5 years of experience in product development while we welcome talent from all industries. You can understand product issues and how these could evolve on the market.
Moreover, you bring:
- Project and process management skills from working on technical projects.
- Ability to form technical solutions together with software, hardware, and mechanical architects.
- A good overall technical understanding, preferably also on product development level.
- You understand the need of and how to design long lasting products.
- Good communication skills both upwards and downwards in the organization.
- Proactive personality with customer-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English - in writing and speech.

You will join our Customer Quality team and report to Sr. Manager Customer Quality Assurance. You will collaborate with stakeholders within the company as well as external stakeholders which include development partners, stores and service partners.
