Position Overview
As a Quality Control Project Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will be instrumental in the Fill & Finish production expansions, developing a digital QC Module and facilitating its deployment across various global locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison for the QC module at the expansion site, taking charge of project management responsibilities on behalf of IT & Automation. Assist the IT/OT Expansion Site Lead in defining the project scope, deliverables, and timelines for the QC module. Coordinate and synchronize with stakeholders regarding dependencies, change management, and adherence to standards. Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance and maintain quality across all project components. Collaborate closely with essential stakeholders, including IT/OT specialists, engineers, the process group, and the site expansion lead, to implement standards in QC laboratories aimed at achieving global simplicity and scalability.

Some travel may be necessary.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we seek candidates with the following qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline.

Fields such as Automation/Electrical Engineering, Electronic & Computer Engineering, Information & Communication Technology, or similar are preferred. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector and familiarity with GMP environments would be advantageous.

Experience with GlobalLims is not mandatory but would be beneficial. Knowledge of connectivity between equipment and IT systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder management are essential. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and communicating across various organizational levels. Adaptability to evolving environments and the capability to co-create solutions that deliver value to the organization.

DD&IT PS – Fill & Finish Expansions operates as a program organization structured in a multi-dimensional matrix, designed to promote cross-organizational and cross-functional collaboration to shape our future.

Our objective is to design and construct future-proof, global fill & finish production facilities, emphasizing the establishment of robust foundational IT and automation that will enable these facilities to evolve digitally.
