About the position

We are looking for an ambitious and curious person who is able to independently drive a large client within the Nordic market together with a Client Director and work with marketing and media plans across all activities with a digital focus.

You will be working closely together with media planners and specialists from all departments of GroupM. Once you receive a brief, your job will be to develop an effective marketing strategy and hereby act as the marketing consultant for the client.

About you

We are looking for a person who loves to give advice and develop clients within communication, data and media, and knows how to handle media consulting from the strategic to the operational level. You are skilled in terms of operating among clients and you are able to decode the client's marketing challenges and connect it to the competencies within the house in order to deliver the best possible solution.

To be successful in this position, it is important that you have a commercial mindset both in terms of understanding the clients' businesses, but also in terms of constantly identifying new business opportunities on existing clients. Therefore, you are motivated by being proactive on your clients and continuously staying in touch with them and following up.

What you will need
  • You probably hold a cand.merc. or cand.ling.merc. degree, but in general we value experience over your educational background.
  • You are digital by heart and have 4-5 years of experience from working within the area of digital marketing.
  • Preferably you have a couple of years of experience from a media agency.
  • You can show good results from your previous jobs.
  • You are well-liked by your work relations and possess both empathy and impact.
  • You are service-minded and have a big drive and a high work ethic.
