Principal Solutions Sales Executive – Managed Security Solutions

As a Principal Solutions Sales Executive focusing on Security Solutions at GlobalConnect, you will play a critical role in protecting the digital landscapes of our customers. You will be part of a newly established and growing initiative, central to GlobalConnect's growth journey and advanced goals in the security domain. Your deep technical knowledge in security solutions, combined with your sales skills, will empower you to craft and sell comprehensive solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. You will take charge of a portfolio, both hunting for new opportunities and improving existing relationships, ensuring that our customers are equipped with the best possible defenses for their digital infrastructure.

What will you do?

  1. Create and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, focusing on building long-term relationships and achieving sales targets in the security domain.
  2. Assess customer challenges and design tailored security strategies that address their specific needs.
  3. Collaborate with Solution Management to ensure the technical soundness and commercial viability of the security solutions you propose.
  4. Engage in high-level discussions with C-suite executives and technical teams to build trust and convey the value of our bespoke security solutions.
  5. Facilitate the entire sales cycle, from the first meeting, to identifying customer needs to delivering comprehensive security solutions.

  3. The ability to engage in strategic problem-solving and design comprehensive security architectures.
  4. Strong business acumen, capable of translating complex security concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
