The opportunity:

We seek a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with expertise in Cisco Meraki, M365 administration, SharePoint, and Teams. This role involves supporting IT tier 2, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT systems.

The primary tasks:

  • Responsible for Managing and supporting IT infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki devices.
    • Administer and maintain Windows Servers in Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint and Teams.
      • Provide Tier 2 support for IT-related issues.
        • Responsible for monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
          • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures.
            • Collaborate with other IT team members to support the implementation of IT solutions.
              • Document IT processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

We seek a team member who can identify with the description below:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
      • Strong knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint, and Teams.
        • Experience with IT support for Tier 1 and 2 issues.
          • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
            • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
              • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Certified: Azure certifications, ITIL certification.
    • Skills in PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
      • Has worked with Microsoft solutions such as Intune, Defender, etc.
        • Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, and other security protocols.
