About the role:
Conference Manager is the market leading event management platform in Denmark. We're now setting out to win the European market starting with Sweden and Germany, and we need you to help us succeed
We're seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team and drive growth through strategic digital advertising campaigns. In this role, you'll be responsible for maximizing our digital advertising ROI across multiple channels, crafting compelling ad experiences, and contributing to our demand generation strategy.

In other words, you will:

1. Develop and execute paid media strategies across SEM and social to generate qualified leads for our B2B conference management platform.
2. Manage campaign operations in collaboration with our ad agency, including bid management, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
3. Create and optimize compelling ad copy, visuals (images and video), and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
4. Implement advanced targeting strategies to reach event planners, conference organizers, and other key decision-makers.
5. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Piwik Pro, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other platforms.
6. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure paid media campaigns align with content, product marketing, and overall go-to-market strategy.
7. Stay current with digital advertising best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
8. Conduct regular competitive analysis of paid media landscapes in the event technology space.

The ideal candidate:
Our next colleague is a skilled campaign planner and strategist with a creative twist In addition, we imagine that you have:

1. A natural interest in everything that evolves around campaign creation and optimization.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing B2B SaaS paid media campaigns, particularly in Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta.
3. A proven track record of generating qualified leads (MQLs) through digital advertising.
4. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex metrics to stakeholders.
7. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8. Experience with events, conferences, or similar industries is a plus.
