Som Account Manager bliver du en central del af vores kommercielle team, hvor du får ansvaret for, at udvikle og vækste vores kundeportefølje. Du vil arbejde tæt sammen med kunder på tværs af brancher både private og offentlige og hjælpe dem med at realisere deres digitale strategi.

Du får en strategisk rolle, hvor du identificerer nye forretningsmuligheder, forstår kundernes udfordringer og hjælper dem med at optimere deres forretning gennem Microsoft portefølje af services inden for bl.a. ERP/CRM, Infrastruktur, Business Intelligence og Modern Work.

Dine primære ansvarsområder

  • Drive strategisk salg af Microsoft-løsninger inden for Business Applications (D365), Modern Work (M365), Data & AI, Infrastruktur, Application Innovation og AI.
  • Udvikle og fastholde stærke relationer med nye og eksisterende kunder.
  • Rådgive kunder om deres digitale transformationsstrategi og skabe skræddersyede løsninger.
  • Samarbejde med presales, løsningsarkitekter og leveranceteams for at sikre, at vi leverer værdi til kunderne.
  • Drive hele salgsprocessen fra behovsafdækning til kontraktforhandling og implementering.
  • Udarbejde strategier og vækstplaner for dine kunder.
  • Holde dig opdateret på markedstendenser og Microsofts teknologiske udvikling.

Om dig

  • Du har erfaring med B2B-salg af IT-løsninger, gerne med fokus på Microsoft-teknologier.
  • Du har en forretningsorienteret tilgang og evner at identificere kundernes behov og omsætte dem til værdiskabende løsninger.
  • Du har stærke kommunikations- og forhandlingsevner og kan begå dig på flere organisatoriske niveauer.
  • Du trives i et dynamisk og resultatorienteret miljø og har en struktureret tilgang til salg.
  • Du er proaktiv, selvstændig og motiveres af at skabe stærke kunderelationer og drive digital transformation.
  • Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring med Microsofts økosystem inden for Cloud, AI, ERP/CRM, Modern Work og Infrastruktur.
