Your role

As our Account Manager, you will be the key strategic partner for one of our largest international clients. Your mission? Strengthen relationships, drive business growth, and ensure we're always delivering outstanding solutions tailored to their needs. You'll work closely with senior decision-makers, internal teams, and leadership to shape the client's journey with us.

Key responsibilities
  • Client partnership: Build deep, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and align our services with their business goals.

  • Project excellence: Oversee key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed expectations.

  • Market insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and digital innovations, positioning Cadesign form as a strategic partner for the future.
Who you are

You're a strategic thinker with a natural ability to build relationships and drive business impact. You thrive in fast-paced environments where creativity meets technology and love being at the forefront of digital transformation.

What you bring
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or project leadership.
  • A background in digital solutions, creative agencies, technology, or consulting.
  • A sharp commercial mindset—proactively identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills—able to translate insights into strategic actions.
  • A natural relationship builder—navigating complex client organizations with confidence.
  • Fluent in English (Danish is not a requirement).
