Accounts Payable Analyst

You’ll join the Account Payable team within Financial Services. You’ll play an important role in:
- Driving continuous improvements within the process area, i.e., providing the Service Delivery Owner with suggestions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding accounts payable.
- Resolving discrepancies by working closely with vendors and internal departments.
- Providing exceptional support by responding to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with the finance team to improve processes and enhance vendor relationships.
- Participating in the reconciliation of accounts payable transactions.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, finance, or are a member of any professional bodies.
- Have experience working in a global shared services centre, specifically within accounts payable.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle vendor interactions professionally.
- Have an analytical and logical approach to issues and problem-solving.
- Have basic knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
- Can work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
